Marquee Hire Across the South East
We have been delivering events across the South East since 2004. In that time we have worked at private estates in Sussex and Surrey, farm venues in Kent, London gardens, Thames Valley houses, and beyond. The South East is what we know — its venues, its ground conditions, its seasons, its logistics.
We cover seven areas. Each has its own character, its own common venue types, and its own practical considerations. If you are planning an event and wondering whether we work in your area, the answer is almost certainly yes.
Where we work
| Area | What to know |
|---|---|
| Sussex | Our home territory. East and West Sussex, the South Downs, and the coast. We know the ground, the venues, and the suppliers. |
| Surrey | Affluent, well-connected, and full of exceptional private estates and gardens. Some of the best marquee settings in the country. |
| Kent | The Garden of England. Farm venues, vineyards, oast houses, and country houses with the space to do events properly. |
| London | Private gardens, corporate campuses, and riverside venues. Access and logistics require more planning, but the events are some of our most interesting work. |
| Thames Valley | Berkshire, Oxfordshire, and the western Home Counties. Stately homes, riverside estates, and excellent road connections from the M4 and M40. |
| Home Counties | Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Essex, and the areas north of London. A mix of private gardens and established rural venues within easy reach. |
| Suffolk | Our furthest regular area. Country estates, coastal locations, and farm venues. Travel costs apply but the venues make it worthwhile. |
What to expect wherever you are
The practical requirements of a marquee event do not change dramatically from county to county — but the details do. Ground conditions, access routes, local planning rules, and the character of the sites all vary. We visit every site before we quote, because no two locations are the same and we would rather give you accurate information at the start than a number that needs adjusting later.
If you are planning an event and want to know whether your site will work, the quickest way to find out is a short call or an enquiry. We will tell you honestly what is possible.
