Full-service events

Everything your event needs, from one team

The structure is where the conversation starts. What makes an event work is everything around it.

01 — Event Management

One point of contact, from briefing to breakdown.

We manage the structure, the timeline, and the suppliers. For clients who want to hand the logistics to someone they trust — and attend their event rather than run it.

  • Initial site visit and floor plan
  • Full supplier coordination
  • On-the-day management
  • Breakdown and site clearance

Festival-style stretch tent setup with seating, outdoor furniture and decorative props on dry grass

One team manages the build, the event, and the breakdown. We do not subcontract site management.

02 — Interiors

Everything inside the structure, specified and installed by our team.

Flooring, lining, lighting, furniture, power, and climate control — sourced from suppliers we have worked with across Sussex and Surrey for years. Itemised at the planning stage so the quote is clear.

  • Flooring and lining
  • Lighting and power
  • Furniture and staging
  • Heating and air cooling

How it works

Every PSM event follows the same three stages.

01

Enquire

Tell us the date, the location, and a rough guest count. We will respond within one working day and arrange a site visit or an initial call, whichever suits you better.

02

Plan

We visit the site. We produce a floor plan and a full itemised quote. For full-service events, we coordinate directly with your other suppliers so the planning sits in one place.

03

Deliver

We build, we manage the day, we break down. You attend your event. Nothing falls through a gap between a contractor and a subcontractor — because there is only one.

Ready to discuss your event?

If you have a date and a location in mind, we can usually tell you in a short call what is achievable and what it is likely to cost.
